Fill in the form and register to become a Litter Reporter

Registered litter reporters are able to report someone throwing litter or dumping matter from a car, trailer or boat to Keep Australia Beatiful Council.

Confidentiality

In order to maintain your confidentiality, reporters are assigned a number so that your personal details do not have to appear on the report.   PLEASE ensure you have not registered before, if you have forgotten your reporter number you can retrieve it here.

  3. Please enter in a 0456 789 000 format.

  4. Accept Litter Reporter responsibilities*
  5. As a registered reporter you must be willing to go to court if required and agree to provide a truthful account of what you have witnessed. NB: False or malicious reporting is taken seriously and will be investigated by KABC Enforcement Officers.
